About Us

TOLA

Empowering children. Inspiring Change.

WHO ARE WE?

Inspired by his mom’s compassionate leadership,
and desire to help drive positive change
in South Africa, Mandla Dlamini founded TOLA in 2024.
We are a Non-Profit organization (NPC)
dedicated to cultivating leadership skills for young people
aged 6 to 17. Through dynamic programs,
hands-on projects, and inspiring mentorship, we equip
children and teenagers with the tools they need
to succeed in school, in their communities, and in life.
Our inclusive, youth-centred approach fosters confidence,
critical thinking, teamwork, and social responsibility,
preparing the next generation to lead with purpose,
integrity, and vision.
Together, we’re building a future where every young person
could make a meaningful impact.

VISION STATEMENT

Empowering every child and teenager to become confident,
compassionate, and be a capable leader who shapes a better future
for themselves and their communities.
